  • SIGN UP: We use an online sign up instead of a sign up sheet at the door. Please sign up on our website at AnchorEstateSales.com/signup on Wednesday 9/15 @ 9am if you'd like to be one of the first customers through the door. If you plan on coming by later in the morning then there's no need to sign up. For couples attending, please sign up separately.   ​

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.

Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items.
