ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLETELY

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.

Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items.

  • SIGN UP: A sign-up list is used in order to organize the initial rush of customers the morning of the sale. If you plan on coming later in the morning or afternoon then there should be no need to sign up. Sign up will be available starting Wednesday June 9th at 9am at AnchorEstateSales.com. Once on the website you can click the "Sign Up" link in the upper right hand corner. Please navigate through the menu tab on mobile devices. In order to see where you are in line, please check back in on Thursday 6/10 after 9am and click on the tab labeled "Where am I in line?"  ​

  • ADDRESS: The address will be posted on Thursday, 6/10 after 9am.

  • FACE MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING: In accordance with local and state guidelines, customers will be required to wear a FACE MASK to attend the estate sale. Customers are also required to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING. We are asking for patience from everyone attending the sale while we implement these rules for the safety of our customers and staff.
