Thanks to all for coming out to our Tiburon sale last weekend! We will be having a 1 day follow up sale for tools, potted plants and a variety of similar items this Saturday (4/17) from 9-5pm. There is limited parking on-site so we can only let in so many vehicles at a time.  

 

Please read the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" at the very bottom of this page to learn how to sign-up for this sale. The property has limited parking so this sale will be "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY."  Please read the detailed descriptions below and don't forget to check out the photos.

Please note that SOCIAL DISTANCING and FACE MASKS will be required to attend and shop this sale. We are looking forward to getting back to normal and bringing these estate items to our customers!

ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLETELY !

 

Due to parking restraints, this sale will be "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY." Please register/sign-up for the sale in order to reserve a time. We can only fit so many cars on-site so please reach out by signing up so we can get you scheduled and out to the sale.  We have been able to get more parking onsite but we still have to stagger customers in to avoid a bottleneck.  Once registered an AES staff member will contact you to schedule the earliest appointment available. 

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted (minimum $50 charge on credit cards). Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.

Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items. 

  • SIGN UP/APPOINTMENT: Sign up will be available starting Thursday 4/16 at AnchorEstateSales.com. Once on the website you can click the "Sign Up" link in the upper right hand corner. Please navigate through the menu tab on mobile devices. Registering/signing up for an appointment does not guarantee attendance. However, please understand that we will do our best to accommodate all who would like to attend and/or purchase an item.   

  • ADDRESS: The address will be provided to those who register and are contacted for appointment scheduling.

  • FACE MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING: In accordance with local and state guidelines, customers will be required to wear a FACE MASK to attend the estate sale. Customers are also required to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING. We are asking for patience from everyone attending the sale while we implement these rules for the safety of our customers and staff.
